General Labour – Indoor and Outdoor – Yard Help

The General Labour – Indoor and Outdoor is responsible for working as a team member, liaising with various departments to complete day-to-day duties including, greeting customers, answering queries, preparing orders and deliveries, loading and unloading purchases or returns, etc.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and answer queries.
  • Prepare orders and deliveries, load and unload purchases/returns.
  • Clean, organize and maintain products and displays.
  • Liaise with other department as required.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming orders.
  • Participate and ensure Health and Safety compliance.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualification:

  • Enrolled in secondary or post graduate courses.
  • 1-2 years, landscape, retail or general labour experiences.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule and available on weekends.
  • Able to lift, bend and twist.

Full-time and Part-time – Cashier/Customer Service Assistants

The Cashier/Customer Service Assistant is responsible for greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service and completing sales or refund transactions in a timely fashion.

Duties:

 Greet and answer customer queries.
 Provides cashier services, including receiving payments through cash, credit, debit, gift cards.
 Process loyalty points.
 Process refunds and arrange for product return to appropriate department.
 Complete gift wrapping or packaging of purchases.
 Complete sales on POS system.
 Arrange for delivery or pick-up for customer as required.
 Participate and ensure Health and Safety compliance.
 Clean and maintain front end and surrounding area.
 Reconcile till.
 Other duties as required.

Qualification:

 Enrolled in a Secondary School program or post graduate courses.
 1-2 years of Cashier/Customer Service or Retail experiences.
 Good organization and communication skills.
 Works well in a team environment.
 Flexible schedule. Must be available to work minimum 2 shifts during the week and available on weekends.
